Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support
Gentle, informed care for families navigating miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a baby.
There are no perfect words for this kind of loss.
My role is simply to meet you where you are, help you understand what may happen next, and offer steady, compassionate support through a time that can feel impossibly heavy.
You do not need to know what you need before reaching out.
Pregnancy Loss
Whether your loss happens early in pregnancy or later on, you deserve care that is thoughtful, respectful, and free of expectations.
Support may include:
In-person support during the loss, when appropriate
Help understanding what to expect physically
Emotional support for you and your partner
Space to ask questions and process what is happening
Practical guidance for the days that follow
Resources and referrals when additional support is needed
Nourishing meals, broths, teas, and snacks
Phone, text, and email support throughout our time together
Stillbirth & Loss at Birth
When a baby dies before or during birth, you may be asked to move through labour, birth, and difficult decisions while carrying an enormous amount of grief.
You do not have to navigate those hours alone.
I can remain beside you through labour and birth, offering calm physical, emotional, and informational support while following your lead and respecting whatever this experience looks like for you and your family.
Support may include:
Prenatal preparation for labour, birth, and the days ahead
Continuous support throughout labour and birth
Support for your partner and family
Help understanding options and decisions as they arise
Memory-making and keepsakes, if desired
Immediate postpartum support
Guidance around lactation, including milk suppression, expressing, comfort, and breast care
Referrals for additional lactation, medical, or grief support when needed
Nourishing food and practical care
Follow-up support in the weeks after your loss
Phone, text, and email support throughout our time together
Care without expectations
There is no right way to grieve.
You may want to talk, or you may not. You may want information, quiet company, practical help, or simply someone who can stay steady beside you.
My care is never about telling you how this experience should look or what you should feel.
It is about making sure you do not have to carry every part of it alone.
About cost
I never want finances to be the reason a family feels they have to move through pregnancy or infant loss without support.
Loss care is offered on a sliding scale, based on what feels manageable for your family. At times, donations made specifically toward loss support may also allow me to offer care at no cost.
We can talk about this gently and privately when you reach out. You do not need to know what you can afford before contacting me.
If you would like to talk about what support could look like for you, I would be honoured to hear from you.
